Meet your facilitator : Darlene has taught and facilitated multiple yoga, breath work and sound healing experiences for retreats medicine journeys, festivals, private groups and 1:1 sessions. She specializes in tuning fork therapy and sound bowl healing, accompanied with yoga breath work and tapping.

Darlene is inspired to bring healing to those who are ready to dive deep into their unique journey. She loves creating, a space to feel calm and rejuvenated.
