Find out how you can utilize breathwork to optimize your body and mind, and learn about its intersection between mysticism and physiology. The workshop begins with an introduction to Breath of Life which includes a guided breathing session along with live music and ethereal soundscapes by Ceremaya.
We explore breath retention, meditation and the power of breath to reshape the mind and body. At the end, there will be space for reflection, and your instructor is there to support you throughout the entire session.

About Ceremaya
Ceremaya is a sound alchemist — a singer, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and composer who channels emotion, visions, and experiences into deeply evocative music. Her musical journey began at age 4 with classical piano and has taken her across North and Central America, including years spent in Costa Rica. She blends genres like Brazilian jazz, Neo-Soul, world percussion, and medicine music, crafting a sound inspired by nature and the cosmos.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Ceremaya weaves these influences and other languages into her live performances and sound ceremonies, creating transformative experiences that connect listeners to deeper states of being.
