About your host, Reagan Frances:
Reagan began this life as a very imaginative dreamer overflowing with creative energy. She kept noticing a pattern, an uncanny ability to nurture the gifts of others and ignite a power setting them on a path to greatness. Without proper guidance it was difficult to ground this energy and harness the skills into a tangible physical value which lead to confusion about her place in this world and literally made her physically sick. After years of unexplained pain, extreme sensitivities and suffering she was guided to travel to Los Angeles, Ca and discover the deeper roots of illness rooted in trauma and blocked energy flow. It was in the breaking open that Reagan found answers. She studied with top masters in the practices of breathwork, shadow work, & other healing modalities/ spiritual practices since 2010. Reagan now works as a healer and Creative Catalyst to help you ignite your gifts and creative potential!
After one of her first Breathwork experiences, she had a profound vision. Her purpose was made clear to bring this medicine to the masses, to wake people up to Feeling again, to ignite that spark within & thus FREEFLOW was born!
