Hil is a Singer and Sound Healer. After experiencing different health journeys, Hil realized that singing paired with specific frequencies can be a powerful tool to activate the body’s parasympathetic nervous system, release stored trauma from the body and relieve physical pain. For some time she experimented with being a patient of sound healing and experienced noticeable shifts in her overall health and now vows to use her singing and musical gifts to serve as medicine.
