AMIGOS: A show of Faith in a time of global panic: Fourth Generation Artist Mathew Rodriguez brings playful imagery to the people during a time of insanity.

One of Austin’s most celebrated street artists, Matthew Rodriguez will be showing all new work at ArtUc Co in the Arboretum. Rodriguez’s large - scale murals, seen all over the streets of Austin and the headquarters of Facebook, are inspired by the history of hieroglyphic symbols and iconic mural paintings. His work explores ancient practices and their connection to modern day communication. His whimsical and humorous murals aim to create a sense of calm for its viewers, sprinkled with sayings from old Chicano traditions, Chi Gong and Buddhism.
