Studios at Nixon Lane

We are happy to announce we have new studios on Nixon Lane In East Austin! We were able to accommodate 10 artists in the current spaces and hope to accommodate more in the future.

There are 10-12 individual or shared studios available in the three buildings and sits on about 7 acres of land. The owners have a long term vision of making this a creative center. The prices will range from $290 for a 10’x12’(~120SF) to $540 for a 13’x16’ (208SF) , all bills paid, and will require a commitment from now through Sep 30. All rooms have AC, Heat and Windows. on Nixon Lane in East Austin about a mile east of 183 on 969(MLK).
